My name is Nancy Aynehchi and I have been in the Real Estate Industry since 2004. Through my years in Real Estate, I have experienced both Seller’s and Buyer’s markets and I am confident that I can offer the best possible strategies to help Buyers and Sellers meet their goals in finding their dream homes! I earned my Business Degree in Accounting and Management from Cal State Fullerton, which compliments greatly to my Real Estate business skills. Prior to my career in Real Estate, I was a Business Professor at Phillips Junior College in Los Angeles County, CA from 1992 through 1996 and an Accounting Manager at Prolux in Dana Point, CA from 1996 through 2004.
Since joining First Team Real Estate, I have constantly negotiated multi-million dollar contracts and exceeded yearly revenue quotas for the company. I have established and maintained a major presence in the Luxury Real Estate Sales Division of First Team Real Estate and I am proudly affiliated with Luxury Portfolio International.
